Under Worksafe Victoria both psychology and counselling are covered under the states workers compensation scheme.
if the injury was not previously treated by a Psychologist or Counsellor and the treatment begins within three months of the injury, up to eight consultations may be provided without insurer pre-approval.

You will need to provide us with your claim number and a copy of your GP referral (even if your claim is yet to be determined) upon booking and we will bill Worksafe VIC Directly so there is no out of pocket or upfront costs to injured workers.
